FAQ's for the Pigskin's Pals Adventure Pass

Do I have to come to the Visit Canton Welcome Center to pick up my coupons?

No, Pigskin’s Pals Adventure Pass special offers are digital only. Please sign-up for your Pigskin's Pals Adventure Pass above.

Do Parents/Guardians receive the Pigskin's Pals Adventure Pass offers?

Only Pigskin's Pals (children ages 2-12) are allowed to take advantage of the offer designated by the attraction. Each attraction's offer will be different and will only be accepted for Pigskin's Pals (children ages 2-12). All additional family members and guests over the age of 12 would pay normal admission to participate in the activity.

Do Pigskin's Pals need to present Coupons to receive the special promotion?

Yes, the official Visit Canton Pigskin's Pals Adventure Pass must be presented at attractions via Smartphone to receive the promotion.

Can I drop my children off at an attraction?

No. Pigskin’s Pals Adventure Pass is not a camp or childcare program. Supervision is not provided, and an adult must be present to supervise children at each attraction.

Is there a limit on the number of children per pass?

Please check each special offer; as there are limitations at certain attractions on the number of free/BOGO admissions per paid adult admission. There is a limit of no more than 5 giveaways per family, per redemption of points on the Pigskin’s Pals pass. Coupons are not valid for day camps, childcare facilities, field trips, youth programs, etc.

Are we able to use our deal as many times as we want at an attraction?

This varies per participating attraction. Some offers are valid daily, others are valid weekly, and some offers are for one-time use.

If we can’t visit during the times that special offers are valid, can we get a coupon to use later?

No, special admission offers must be redeemed at the time of visit. No gift certificates, vouchers, or tickets for a future visit will be provided.

Do other people need to sign up for their own Adventure Pass or can we all use mine?

Each pass is associated with an individual user and includes the family members within the household. An active pass is accessed by typing in your e-mail address. If you have friends or family that are not within your household that want to participate, encourage them to sign-up for the pass themselves. You can then visit participating locations, earn points, and redeem prizes together as you check in on your own passport.

I am not able to check in at a location, by GPS validation. How can I get credit for this visit?

Manual check-ins can be applied by contacting the Bandwango support team at 1.888.921.5333. The support team requests a picture taken at the location and the date of your visit to validate a manual check-in. Please note: Visits made prior to ordering the digital pass are not eligible for a manual check-in.

How do I earn points?

All locations on the Pigskin’s Pals Adventure Pass have a point value associated. You can earn points as you validate your visit to an attraction or special event via a GPS verification.

How do I redeem prizes with my points?

In the Rewards tab, you will see all available prizes. Each prize has a point value associated with it. Once you earn the required amount of points to redeem a prize, you will be able to click the “Claim Now” button for that prize. After claiming a prize, that amount of points will be deducted from your earned points total.

When do my points expire?

Point expirations vary by pass, and are shown on the Rewards tab. You will have until that date to use your points to redeem prizes.

How do I get my prize?

The process to receive your prize varies based on the selected prize.

  1. Navigate to the rewards section at the bottom of your pass to view available prize options and the total points required for redemption.
  2. Tap “Claim Now” on the prize of your choice to view instructions on how to claim the selected prize.
  3. Once you have accumulated enough points, continue to check out and complete your order.

What if I am having technical issues with my pass?

The digital pass support team at Bandwango can help. Please reach out via phone or text at 1.888.921.5333 or by using the Request Support form in your Adventure Pass. Please include your account information and applicable details when you submit the Request Support form. The more information you can provide when submitting your request, the better.

Are adults with intellectual developmental disabilities allowed to check-in and redeem special offers at attractions and for prizes?

Some of Pigskin’s biggest fans are adults with special needs. While the Pigskin’s Pals program is not marketed specifically to this audience, please check with participating locations if they will allow their special offer and check-in for these fans.
