It’s almost everyone’s favorite season—FALL! The time when everyone falls in love with everything pumpkin spice, corn mazes, apple cider, and pumpkin picking. Check out all of the fall fun that are happening in Stark County!
Fall Festivals
Yankee Peddler Festival

September 7-8, 14-15, & 21-22
Clay's Resort Jellystone Park
Guests will enjoy seventy-five acres of entertainment for the whole family at the 50th annual Yankee Peddler Festival. Town criers update festival goers with events happening on the fairgrounds throughout the day. Visit with the militia and mountain men, or learn crafts with hands-on instruction. Visit with the master crafters and artists while they demonstrate the way they transform nature into something unique for you and yours.

Wilderness Center
Visitors will meet costumed volunteers such as Black Bear, Dirt, Slug, and Luna Moth as they are escorted along our pumpkin-lit trails. These friendly characters will sing, tell jokes and share stories of life in the woodlands. The experience is a fun, safe event for families. The educational focus of the evening is on the interconnectedness and importance of nocturnal species.

Arrowhead Orchard Fall Activities in the Orchard
September 6-October 28 (Mondays & Fridays-Sundays)
Arrowhead Orchard
All ages will enjoy the 40+ acre apple and peach orchards, pumpkin patches, and Applehouse market. Seasonal “Fall Family Fun” activities in September/October include Pick Your Own apples, pick your own pumpkins, pick your own sunflowers, unlimited hay rides, 2-acre corn maze for children and adults, sunflower walk, fort delicious, hay mountain, hamster run, tire climb, obstacle course, small grass maze, train cart ride, and so much more!
New in 2024 is a bounce mat in the gated play area, free apple-picking bag per adult, new food vendors, and more!
The activities are open Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays 9AM-6PM and Sundays 12PM-6PM.
Admission: $16 per person and FREE for 2 and under.
Season Passes: The 2024 season pass is $30/person.
Fall Festival at Cedar Crest Farm
September 27-October 27 (Fridays-Sundays)
Cedar Crest Farm
Experience life on the farm and visit our farm animals, explore the 5 acre corn maze, ride the kiddie train, play in the corn box, take a ride on the Mega Slide and visit our education displays. Bring the family for the day to enjoy outdoor exploration and the Grosenbaugh Food Truck or a quick stop for a few mums and pumpkins.
New in 2024 is a zipline!
The activities are open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 11AM-6PM.
Admission: $9 for Adults & Children, $7 for Seniors 55 and up, and FREE for 2 and under.
Season Passes: The 2024 season pass is $25/person or $20 for Seniors 55 and up.
Nickajack Farms Pumpkin Days
September 14-October 31
Nickajack Farms
2024 is the 20th Pumpkin Days season! Nickajack Farms has over 70 activities! Their activities include, Wagon Rides, Corn Maze, Pony Rides, Barnyard Animals, Chippies Corn Crib, Strides Slides, Rascals Round Up, Peddle Carts, Piggly Wiggly Races, Photo Opportunities, Spider Web, Play Sets, Barnyard Bubbles, Straw Maze, Rascals Rollers, The Nickajack 500, and more!
New in 2024 is Roller Bowlers, Piggly Wiggly Run, Toddler Town, multiple photo ops, and much more!
The activities are open daily 11AM-7PM. Food truck and donut cart are only open on weekends.
Admission: $17/person and allows you unlimited access to all of the activities outside pony rides, which is $6 and only available on weekends. Children 2 and under are FREE.
Fall Fun at Maize Valley
September 21-November 2
Maize Valley Winery & Brewery
You do not want to miss this family fun at this beautiful winery in Hartville! Featuring an 8-acre corn maze, wagon rides to the pumpkin patch, straw bale mountain, tire pile, animal train ride for the younger kids, pumpkin cannon demonstrations, goat-a-palooza animal area, chicken area, pushcarts, pedal trikes, and so much more.
New in 2024 is Preliminary Competition Site for the 2024 State Steinholding Competition!
The activities are open on select days in September (21, 22, 28, and 29). In October the activities are open Thursdays-Mondays 12PM-7PM. The final two days of Fall Fun are November 1 & 2.
Admission: Tickets are $15/person age 3 and up. Children 2 and under are FREE. Seniors 65+ are $10. Thursdays are "Thrifty Thursdays" and admission is $13.
Season Passes: The 2024 season pass is $34.99/person.
