Umbrella Alley has become one of the most popular public art destinations in Stark County! This long-held dream has come to life thanks to the dedication of local volunteers, businesses, the City of Louisville, and ArtsinStark.

As part of the effort to rejuvenate downtown and create an artistic, welcoming space, nearly 200 vibrant umbrellas have been installed in the heart of Louisville. The alley has quickly become a favorite photo-op spot, drawing visitors from across the tri-state area.

Lined with chairs and benches, Umbrella Alley offers a perfect place to enjoy a to-go lunch from one of the many fantastic local restaurants or simply gather with friends and family. Led by a team of volunteers and local artists, this dedicated group, continues to bring fresh artwork, colorful displays, and exciting community events to the space. With ever-changing artwork and seasonal updates to the umbrellas, there’s always something new to see—making it a destination worth revisiting throughout the year.

Totaling over 120 acres, Louisville’s public parks offer a diverse range of activities for the entire community. Features include a fishing pond, walking trails, children’s play areas, a splash pad, picnic areas, sports fields, basketball courts, disc golf, pickleball courts, and a dog park. Additionally, a seasonal artificial ice skating rink provides a fun gathering spot for families during the colder months.
