The new Spa at Gervasi features a full menu of treatments and services. Relax, refresh, and rejuvenate with a body wrap, massage, facial, or other skincare treatments. Looking to glam up for the evening? The Spa at Gervasi Vineyard also offers waxing, nail care, makeup, and hairstyling services.

Luxurious Resort Suites

Book a few nights at The Villas, The Casa, or The Farmhouse for a truly luxurious getaway. Each Villa has four suites with a shared, spacious living and dining space and patio. You can book a suite or an entire villa. The Casa, an upscale, boutique inn offers 24 individual suites, each boasting a covered patio with views of the courtyard and pond. The suites in The Villas and The Casa also provide a fireplace, heated floors, and high-end amenities. Bring the whole gang and stay in the beautifully renovated farmhouse, original to the property.

Delicious Dining Options

The Bistro offers rustic Italian cuisine in the breathtaking ambiance of a beautifully restored 1830s barn. The Crush House is a contemporary wine bar and eatery with views of the winery. The Piazza provides seasonal patio dining overlooking a spring-fed lake. A fire circle, outdoor yard games, and live music every Tuesday-Sunday add to the fun.

The Still House is a new venue at Gervasi, serving signature Gervasi Café coffee with pastries and snacks by day and signature spirits, cocktails, draft beers, and wine by night. The location is intended to be a social gathering space for Gervasi's many guests. Enjoy a delectable snack menu and live music Wednesday-Sunday and slip outside to The Sin Room for an incredible selection of cigars.

Tours and Tastings

Enjoy wine tasting, winery and distillery tours, live music, and special events at Gervasi Vineyard. New in 2023, The Cave is open for ticketed tours as well as public seating. Tasting tours of the winery and distillery facilities are offered on weekends.
