The aroma of fine chocolate and exquisite tasting samples await you at Fannie May Factory! Explore the factory from high above the production floor. Once your 45-minute guided tour has ended, enter the 5,000 square foot retail store, the largest in the Midwest. Discover over 500 varieties of gourmet chocolates and candies, ready for gift-giving or self indulgence.
Tours are free and depart hourly: Monday - Thursday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The guided tour is approximately 45-minutes. Tour availability subject to production schedule. Limited accessibility for wheelchairs. Reservations are encouraged by calling 800.321.0444, Ext. 119.
The Factory Store is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. Saturday: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM (seasonal Sunday hours may vary).
