About The Industrial:

"The Industrial" is unlike any other! Our guests are treated to a spacious and chic 600 sq. ft. industrial-themed luxury studio apartment for two.

Nestled alongside a home built in 1875, The Industrial has been updated and modernized while maintaining the utility feel from its roots. Originally built as a brick garage, the building was later expanded to include an upstairs apartment. The downstairs was then converted into a metal shop which created custom-made metal works.

When the current owners purchased the property in 2012, the home and the secondary building underwent significant updates. (Tours of the home can be arranged for the curious.) The metal shop was converted into an office for a digital marketing company. The downstairs was the primary work area, with an additional office and conference room upstairs.

After the business sold, more construction began and "The Industrial" was born. The upstairs was separated into a unit of its own (The Boho!), and a full kitchen and bath were added. The original steel beam used to support the addition and the metal working equipment remains in place, keeping "The Industrial" in touch with its roots. The owners went to great lengths to maintain the rugged, metal styling of an industrial space while giving guests a crisp and clean stay that balances the old with the new.

If you're tired of staying at the boring old same-same of other homes, apartments, and hotels, this is the place for you. It's the perfect unique getaway for two you've been looking for.

Guest Access:
Private entrance to your own space and access to the shared patio which includes gas fire pit, comfy patio furniture, and reclining sun chairs.

Additional Info:
Inside, you'll find a rack for your luggage, a work desk, dresser, white noise machine, extra blankets, full-length mirror, charging cables, vacuum, clothes steamer, iron/board (upon request), fan, charging cables, and WiFi.

With a full kitchen, we provide everything you need, plus wine glasses, baking dishes, storage bags, Keurig, and tea kettle (includes an assortment of coffees, cappuccinos, cocoa, and tea.)

For breakfast and snacks, enjoy cereal, oatmeal, granola bars, chips, popcorn, and an assortment of candy.

Just looking to chill? We have a handful of books, board games, and a full complement of streaming platforms free of charge: Netflix, Max, Prime Video, AppleTV+, Hulu, Disney+, Paramount+, Peacock, Starz, AMC+, MGM+, and Showtime, along with a personal library of digital movies accessible on Movies Anywhere, Vudu, and AppleTV.

Outside you can enjoy sitting in the sun (or shade) or around the gas fire pit. There you might run across other guests enjoying the music or even a bit of outdoor TV or a movie.

In addition to the regular bathroom supplies (soap, shampoo, conditioner) we provide emergency supplies such as Q-tips, floss, makeup remover, and a toothbrush in case you forgot your own.

We also have extra cleaning supplies, just in case.
