Woodshop Canton

Overview

The Woodshop is a project by UnHitched Brewing Company focused on the fermentation of beers in wooden vessels. Fermentation will take place in foeders and other smaller oak barrels. Our primary emphasis will be crafting distinctive lagers, saisons, and sours.

The brewing process begins at our main facility in Louisville. Following the initial stages in the brewing process, the wort undergoes cooling and is transported to the Woodshop where it is transferred into the wooden fermentation vessels. Yeast is introduced, and the real magic takes place.

At the Woodshop, you'll find The Woodshop is part of the Fourth Street Collective, a location that is also home to Deli Ohio and Mike's Pizza. As part of your experience at the Woodshop, you will be able to grab a beer and a sandwich during the daytime hours. At night, Mike’s Pizza will be dishing out some delicious NY style pies and other pizza shop comforts!
