Zimmermann Symphony Center and Umstattd Performing Arts Hall

Overview

The Zimmermann Symphony Center and Umstattd Performing Arts Hall feature a 2,292 square foot reception & performance hall. The space includes Umstattd Hall with a seating capacity of 1,420, Foundation Hall with a seating capacity of 250, a lobby for event attendees, two meeting rooms, an audio visual studio, and an art gallery.

The Zimmerman Symphony Center, named after the Canton Symphony Orchestra's late maestro, Gerhardt Zimmermann, was added to Umstattd Performing Arts Hall in 2014. It added 22,000 square feet to Umstattd Performing Arts Hall at McKinley Senior High School. The center is home to the Canton Symphony Orchestra, their administrative offices and music library.
