Kids & Family Yoga at Steam Indoor Play Center

Overview

This kids yoga class uses music and play to introduce children to the practices of yoga. We learn yoga poses, breathing techniques, and ways to use movement to manage emotions. All ages are welcome in this class and special instruction will be provided for adults with babies and toddlers to ensure everyone gets the most out of our classes. Bring some water and a mat if you have one. Yoga mats are provided on a first-come-first serve basis.
