STAR Frontline Training

Visit Canton believes in enhancing the skills and knowledge of frontline staff, volunteers, and managers of our tourist destinations to share the importance of travel in Stark County and the power of strong customer service skills. This free training is valuable for business owners, managers, frontline staff, interns and volunteers alike. Our goal is to create a destination that is welcoming, friendly, and helpful so visitors leave happy and with a desire to return!

Everyone who participates in STAR Frontline Training will receive access to the STAR Frontline Passport to continue building on their knowledge of our destination by experiencing Stark County attractions with a visitor’s perspective in mind! The digital passport includes free admission to many of our major destinations plus discounts and deals at a variety of attractions and restaurants.
